PRODUCER. DJ.
INNOVATOR.

Having made waves with his extended sets of progressive house and melodic techno over the last several years, John Moblack is now on the cusp of dropping his own EP. Inspired by John Digweed, Sasha, Eagles and Butterflies, King Unique, Maetrik/Maceo Plex, Guy J, and Adriatique (to name but a few), John weaves melodies with unique storytelling to deliver a sonic experience.

As a DJ, John thrives on creating compelling musical journeys that seamlessly fuse sub-genres (downtempo, breakbeat, deep house, progressive house, melodic techno and techno) to deliver sprawling 5–6-hour sets – maintaining unparalleled intensity throughout. As a versatile artist, John is recognized in his ability to adapt to new challenges and bring his diverse playing styles to shorter – but no less high-impact – ,sets.

A dynamic and contemporary artist, John considers himself fortunate to have shared booths with a roster of talent that includes Oostil (ES), Ezequiel Arias (AR), Guy Mantzur (IL), Ivory (IT) and Jay Call (FR) during an international career that has seen him play at Coco Maya, La Mezcalina, Dolores, Santino Club, and Santino Rooftop in the Caribbean, the Panic Room in Paris and the Cordoba in his native Argentina.

A recent collaboration with renowned UK artist Sergio Vilas has see John take his talent to the next level with an innovative remix of the track I’ll be right there. It is against this recent success that John now drops his finest work to date Soma Waves, to be released on May 23th by notorious underground Argentinian label Hexagon.
